Yes, the posts above were all correct on where we do have a Special Booth on where it is fully airconditioned,special tools for installing the window films, seats are covered as well as the steering wheel and its dashboard and the quality of the workmanship is being strictly monitored before we release the unit.
We provide a 7 year warranty on the film to make it more realistic and also, "hindi kame mahirap kausap". If you are not satisfied with the workmanship and with the film, palitan ko kaagad yan as long as na reasonable naman yung claim.
It is a Nano Ceramic film compared with metalized film kaya mga signals, ec-tag, etc, wala tayong magiging problem jan. makapal yung film compared sa mga local tints naten.
For the defogger concern, we will be providing you a waiver kase di naten masasabi talaga kung pano mag react yung old film na naka install sa unit nyo bago namen tatanggalin.. meron mga lumang tint na sobrang dikit at sinisira yung defogger pero mga Huper Optik tinters namen are well trained at matyagang maglinis ng adhesive sa mga rear window panels. Yun ang maiaassure ko sa inyo dahil ako mismo nag ququality check sa mga trabaho nila.
For the installation, walang putol yan. wala ring awang pag meron, just let us know at papalitan namen.
For warranty claim, kung nag fade, di natuyong bubbles, dirty installations, miscalculated cuts, other reasonable complains, pakita nyo lang samen at ako mismo mag rerecommend (March only, by April si Leo na) at pa approve ko lang kay Mr. Lito Bermudez (Unit Head). Ganon kame kadaling kausap. Di lang pwede yung nagkamali ka ng pagpili ng shade tapos papa palit mo ng darker or lighter shade. Hindi po covered yun kase yung e-warranty naten ay sinasubmit sa Head Quarters kaya di pwedeng doktorin.
