thank you for the suggestion, that's exactly what i'm planning to do sir, but first, i have to remove the stubborn acid rain marks as making it look shiny now would just emphasize these the more
can detailers probably do the work for me?

if you are to just clean a well maintained window, then any household glass cleaner will do
if you are to remove watermarks due to rain dried up by direct sun light then you can do the following:
1. buy elevo water mark remover(appox 300 pesos), apply yourself and maintain your window
2. go to a detailer and maintain your window
my car is parked under the sun since 1999. i used to have it detailed but after a few days water marks would reappear since i just leave it under the sun without cleaning the windows daily until its time for anther visit to the detailer.
fortunately elevo introduced a water mark remover(available at concorde, ace, true value, etc.) perhaps last year or two, so i started removing the water marks myself.
caution when using elevo as it emits smoke every time i clean my windows, either it must be really strong or its an effect of using it under the sun. i know it says not to clean under direct sun light, but i have no shade when applying it.
