    three things:

    a. yung wiper quality
    b. yung wiper arm, baka maluwag and hindi nakadiin sa windshield
    c. yung windshield mismo.

chances are its a and b.

NWB is the stock wiper blade of some Toyota models (ours is Innova).

Try checking the windshield itself if there are any imperfections or watermarks/waterstains.

first wiper ko is Bosch (stock) - medyo madaling nag deteriorate

second is Type S - mas madaling nag deteriorate

third is NWB - relative sa unang dalawa, mas nagtagal ito sa akin.

You have to set the edge correctly(its probably twisted)...its not plug and play. I had the same issue a few months ago. Make sure you have water sa washer fluid tank

wala ng remedyo..if you are on a tight budget replace the spring. check casa kung meron kung wala remove the wiper arm spring as your sample. medyo time consuming nga lang. hanap ka either sa banawe, sa 10th ave kaloocan or T. Alonza manila. look for retail stores selling motorcycle parts, auto supply, industrial parts etc... when buying make sure the spring size and tension are similar to your sample. goodluck
