September 8th, 2009 03:35 PM #232Just got V-Kool for my Honda City * LACars
M10 for sides, M30 for front and rear. Wanted M20 for front but they had no stock.
had to wait nearly 3 hours but worth it. After a few minutes of driving I noticed the hazing and its annoying but tolerable.
Will post pics later

M30 front and rear, M10 on the sides.
Only gripe is that I wish I went with M10 on the front but its ok, still dark enough

tsikoteers good day to all.
Any guys here with experience with CLEAR tints?
How much for V-Kool for a wagon car (MB E-class)? Size of windows will be roughly like Fortuner.
Does Solar Guard have CLEAR tints as well? If so, how's the performance compared to V-Kool? How much for all windows?
Thanks guys.
Cheers!

September 13th, 2009 05:44 PM #236Darren, suggestion ko is to go straight to V-kool Phils. sa Santolan Rd in San Juan (halos tapat ng Wheel Gallery). I already had my tint done there twice, first on my Grand Starex, then on my w123 body, pero Solargard ang pinakabit ko (they're also the distributor of Solargard)

Thanks Ron!
I have several questions.
V-kool Philippines Santolan, is this near the corner of Ortigas ave.?
I want clear tints but find V-kool a bit expensive. Im thinking, V-kool on the windshield, Solar Guard clear on the sides. Would it come out cheaper & practical? Or just the same?
Thanks in advance!
Cheers!

Ang quotation sa akin yesterday, for front windshield ae101 vkool M70 (clear) is over 8k. Sa Pony in AutoCentro AliMall Cubao. Ganun rin inabot nung vkool M70 front windshield ng Revo ko, 5 years ago.
OT: Meron clear tint ang Sungard (not sure where this is made). Sa SunX sa AutoCentro ako naka-kita. Estimated 6.5k for a small sedan, 1pc front and rear.

Salamat Ron & Paolorenzo for the information.
Follow up question to all tsikoteers:
Any suggestion for clear tints (except Rike-cool)?
Im definitely going for V-kool for the windshield & I can settle for less performance clear tints for the other windows.
Thanks!
