I've read somewhere that it's not wise to restore these cars and you will end up selling it. is it true? I've always wanted one of these.

kung parts availability, i'd say beetle. i have 2 minis and a beetle. easier to let go if ever of the beetle kasi maraming ganun on the road. i'd let go of 1 of my minis for practicality reasons. i wish i have a karmann ghia and an american muscle car.

to let go or not may not be because it's simply unwise... baka nagsawa na lang at gusto naman ng ibang project... sometimes you just lose appetite always seeing the same cars in your garage and start admiring others on the road or on carshows. this happens usually pag tapos na ang project... next project, 'ika nga. maybe, unwise to keep too many cars you don't use. mahal din ang rehistro and maintenance ng mga unused cars. hehehe
