shadow, you're right, it's one helluva beetle, that beetle was brought straight from germany by an american serviceman at then clark airbase, i bought it for 30k and almost all parts are original and intact, although i don't think it's roadworthy at this time, and im dead serious in restoring my beetle when time and budget allows me.

whoa! that must be the real mccoy then! the '72 1302 is one of the finest beetles ever produce man. what is it with us vw freaks anyway? how come were willing to spend so much on an old car? i mean, i bought my '79 twin carbs for 10 thou, damn bro! spent 160 thou restoring it with all my mods! ill feature it here if id be done with the repainting and interior detailing. :D

pre, still in the shop, i changed the color to a 99 vw silver arrow metallic gray, ill post it after painting and detailing. :D

as i observed our VW, its n0t "matakaw" in terms of fuel consumption. tipid talaga. how i wish it is running good right n0w. gus2 k0 patakbuhin ulet yun. sayang e. natutulog lang sa haus. :roll:
