ken, dapat alam mo at first pa lang..... mas mahal ang maintenance cost ng diesel engine kesa sa gasoline engine...

kaya wag ka magtataka kaya ganito.. hahahaha...

Hahaha mag fully synthetic ka na lang para every 10k ang tunay na change oil. Lalabas mas cheaper siya kesa sa semi na kailangan mo e tuwing 5k ang change oil.

mag motul kaya ako? hahaha....

malapit na ako mag 5k eh...

hmmm.... and saan dealer kaya ako magpapa PMS... hmmm.....

hehehe ok lang sana kung katulad sa kia carens ko e na 8 liters na mineral oil. nasa 150 lang dati yun so binabayaran ko per pms is 3k lang ata. compared to FS na 5k minimum wala pa labor

kung hindi na kaya sa casa ok lang naman i pagawa sa labas. wag lang talaga may kelangan i claim na warranty... hhahaha

Kaya make sure to bring it to a competent shop kung hindi na sa casa magpapaservice.

Tapos, pwede din naman...after mo magpa change oil sa labas, dalhin mo pa rin sa casa for the general check-up, pero advice them na na-change oil na...just so that updated pa rin ang records mo sa kanila.

sa hyundai pasig may nagpa quote na ba ng 10k PMS for theta II??? ok pa ba tayo dun? hahahaha

diba kung diesel engine regardless of what oil was used, you still have to change it at every 5k kms.. kaya ok lang sa mga diesel to use mineral based oil para mas matipid. yun nga lang, more time to warm-up the engine during start-up...

*called 3 dealers asking for 10k PMS estimates. so far Q.Ave has the cheapest quotation for parts and services. The Service Manager quoted me P3,600.00, customer provided oil. Will be talking to him this sat, maybe our club could get some discounts from them.

just an update. had my 10k PMS at Hyundai Q.Ave. total cost was P2,167.00 for parts and labor except oil. No need to replace spark plugs yet according to them and to their master list. sa 20k PMS pa daw ang plugs. pero nung nangtanung ako sa ibang service dealers sabi palit sparks na daw...
