HARI needs help if filling up the Loyalty Card Form (One Hyundai Club Application Form) to formalize membership cards. All those who were sent Invitation Cards and those I received Invitation Listed in this thread...please download the pdf file and fill out the form, you can either send to me via email by Friday or bring it with you on January 22, EB at Venice Piazza.
