it's not actually a rule, but a courtesy to the thread starter to be informed why the thread was deleted, renamed, merged, split or moved to another forum. the thread of Innova_Boy was deleted with the consensus of the moderators. the mod that deleted the thread, carlocaraddict, being a new moderator, simply forgot to inform the thread starter (Innova_Boy) through PM why the thread was deleted and was not done intentionally.
