I had a bad experience sa ganyan. high school days. I asked this girl to be my date sa halloween dance namin sa school. sa minalas malas naman na pagkakataon, yun tsikot ng dad ko eh ginamit nila for emergency (a relative got hospitalized), so i'm left with our other means of transpo - owner type jeep. and this was 2 hours before the agreed upon pick-up sa house nya. for a 3rd year HS student, ano gagawin ko?

nilakasan ko na lang loob ko and pumunta ako sa kanila with the jeep. and lahat ng in-expect ko negative nangyari, the mom of the girl frowned the minute I parked the jeep in front of their house. I can still remember the words: "isasakay mo anak ko dyan?" napayuko na lang ako pero hindi na ako nagbigay ng explanation, hindi ko ugali magbigay ng alibis. then she called the girl's brothers at pinalabas yun lumang colt nila. dun pinasakay yun anak nya at nag-convoy na lang kami papunta sa school.

during the halloween dance (la pa 2 hours) and while we were dancing along with my friends, pumasok mga big brothers nya sa dance hall at binulungan na sya uuwi na daw sila. at hinahatak na sya. yun date ko parang takot na sumunod at sumenyas na lang. sumunod ako along with 2 of my classmates. bigla ako binweltahan ng isang big bro at sinabihan na wag na daw ako sumunod. may atraso pa daw ako sa kanila.

oh well, charge to experience. to make the long story short, I got humiliated twice, sa bahay nila in front of all her family and sa dance floor, in front of all my friends. we stayed until the wee hours of the morning, tapos hinatid ko isa-isa mga friends ko and some of their dates, ako lang kasi may ride eh hehehe my date nga pala lives just 4 blocks away. we lived in the same subdivision.

hehehe wala naman naging relationship, as date lang talaga. occassionally, nakakausap ko sya kapag may event sa subd. namin noon, like X'mas, New year, village day, sportsfest, santacruzan, bday with common friends.. but hanggang duon na nga lang as friends.
