Security and information disemmination measure so that all Tsikoteers would be reminded of the rules and regulations that we have to minimize the sorry-newbie-here or oh-i-did-not-know-we-had-rules-like-that user mistakes, which have become quite frequent in recent months.

kanina na experience ko din yun, pinabasa sa kin yung forum rules. i just assumed the mods want us to read em everytime we go to the forums..

i think, deliberate yang design na yan bro, to remind people of the forum rules.

di naman siguro permanent yan. aalisin din yan until such time na kailangan ulit i-implement ito.

every member, moderator, super-moderator and administrator is asked to read the forum rules only once. once he/she reads it, he will not be asked again.

guests are reminded/encouraged to register to avail of the forum site's full features.
