As of today, there are still no smileys and the hot linking of URLs is not allowed in the shoutbox.
If there are a couple of people flooding the shoutbox with smileys, then just give them an warning or infraction for that. As I remember, nicolodeon was giving warnings before to those who continuously flood the shoutbox with smileys.
The removal of the URL bb code in the shoutbox is also puzzling.

yup sana binigyan nalang infraction/reprimand or temp ban ang flooder(s) instead of removing the smileys and url code altogether..
suggestion lang naman

+1 on this..i was online when that mofo flooded the SB.
Honestly, it's a lame excuse disabling the smileys and url codes just because some n00b abused it!

I doubt if that Marky86 guy is a newbie, basta naman madaling araw online yun dati and floods the SB with useless smileys.
Usability is going down the drain these days.

Hirap basta walang smileys sa SB. Di maka-express ng mabuti sa ka shout mo.
Tama nga, infraction nalang agad for the excessive "smilers"
