planning to get my 1st ever car hopefully by next year!

just 1 thing: how can i post new thread here,do i missed something or just disabled for newbie in meantime? pls advise..

Though still i ain't see that button,wondering why?
i believe its located also in lower part like reply button..im using chrome browser
its weird coz' i don't see any button for 'new thread' hahah
