Inbox Full issues/bugs

Greetings moderators and/or admins,

Nag post na ako ng ganitong problem noon pa, pero I decided to make a specific thread about this issue regarding the Inbox being full kahit na deleted or wala namang message. Kung magastos masyado mag lagay ng InBox sa tsikot, maybe we should just disable this function at sabihin sa mga members na walang PM sa Tsikot, email link na lang ang gamitin. Yung iba kseng members, mag type ng message, next thing they know, InBox full pala yung recipient, nasayang lang ang oras sa pag-type :hihihi: Inumpisahan ko din itong thread about this issue kse in the past, no one really replied or even addressed this isssue, AFAIK.

the inbox has space for 50 messages. a message can now have 10,000 characters (increased from 5,000).

i have checked the system and the settings and it seems everything is in order. i don't know if others are also experiencing the problem and i request members who experience this problem to reply/post here so that i can better look into the problem (maybe related to a specific user group/ranking, etc).

i just learned this bug now and will do whatever i can do to fix this problem.

mga bossings, nag try mag send na naman ang isang member natin, pero as usual Inbox is Full daw. (msg notification received via email)

try sending me a PM, hindi talaga uubra. I dont usually save PMs kse sayang ang bandwidth.

Pero no worries about this feature, we/tsikot have far more better things to take care of. i.e. our sponsors.

guys, i have a possible explanation, since this has happened to me once before on another vbulletin forum and it took me a while to figure out...

your "sent" messages all count against your total...so you can delete all your messages in your inbox and still not be able to receive pm's. try deleting all the messages in your "sent items" view.

M54, I hardly used my PM. Pero for some reason, nakapag send na si tsikot sakin ng PM. So its working na nga ulit.

ang napansin ko naman, whenever I log on, may lumalabas na window asking me kung gusto kong mag open ng new window for my new message. I clicked YES pero nothing happens...

That's probably your pop up blocker working for you. The next time you see that PM message, hold CTRL button as you click on yes to display new message.
