Traceroute isn’t reliable as most routers along the path to the website usually blocks ICMP traffic. In other words, a website can still be up even though it doesn’t respond to ping or traceroute.

I’m only having an issue with tsikot.com.
What i meant is just compare the routes going to tsikot via those different providers.
Can see that tsikot is hosted in cloudflare so it makes sense the end node is already unpingable.
Like for my case, i can see the last device which returns back icmp is 4.71.136.2 which is level3. I know the issue is not within my network or the local providers network as it goes out via the global route.
So 1 less thing to strike out.

Try flushing your dns.
Or changing the dns and see if it would help.
