thanks vroom2 for quoting me and for the explanation.

most of his posts the other day were similar to the example that I have posted above.

the moderators have wasted enough time deleting all of his posts that are similar to that. we have warned him also before about creating threads needlessly because of tcash. the other super moderators have agreed with this penalty.
