[quote=Jun aka Pekto;821249]I forgot about that. We also took a MAC flight when we moved to the Philippines during the mid-70s. Our route was a bit different though:

    San Francisco to Anchorage, Alaska
    Anchorage to Kadena, Okinawa
    Kadena to Clark AB, Philippines[/quote

Longest on land: Toronto to New Jersey (near the tunnel) - 16 hrs + (during a snowstorm)

Longest on air: 25* hrs + (idle in transit is about 11 hrs which made the entire trip last for 36 hrs)

London (Heathrow) to New York (JFK) - 5* hrs.
New York (JFK) to Vancouver (Vancouver International Airport ) - 5* hrs.
Vancouver to Hong Kong (Chek Lap Kok) - 13* hrs.
Hong Kong (Chek Lap Kok) to Manila (NAIA) - 1.4* hrs.

*figures represents the hrs. spent in the air and not counting the times idle in transit.
