Electronics are cheap in Singapore plus you get a tex refund in the airport (yata) before you leave. Food is expensive there kaya yoko tumira dun! hehehe!

    - yung dried beef strips na kasing laki ng size ng A4 na papel. masarap i-roast bbq-style or just eaten as-is. maraming klase ito, depende sa timpla ng seasoning.
    - yung marshmallow na may laman sa loob (chocolate, strawberry, etc.)
    - durian chips?

since she's there, I suggest the following culinary delights:
    - laksa
    - chicken rice
    - chilli crab, pepper crab
    - rotti prata with lamb curry
    - naan (garlic, butter or plain) with lamb/beef/chicken curry

Don't go to the restos, they're just over-priced. Go to the hawker centres and food courts. Last I was there (2004), all of the above should cost no more than S$5 (with the crab costing no more than S$10). With the chicken rice costing S$2 (+ 0.50c for extra rice).

From tshirts, keychains, ballpens. Ang alam ko naka Great Singapore Sale pa sila until the end of the month.

'How much is this la? ' 'Too expensive la.' 'Give me big discount la.'

natatawa nga when I was there. the locals can tell na Pinoy ako. While bargaining for the price. the guy said, "...mura na 'yan." huh?

BTW, andun nga si Joey Mead sa FHM last time I was there.

and yeah, I'd like to add: ingat sa paggamit ng Credit Card. (yung HSBC may financing fee pa.. yikes!)
