He's obviously not seen the thousands to millions of tourists who flock to the province every year.

Anyway, he's entitled to his opinion. I love Cebu City, had many wonderful experiences there. Even fell in love with a girl there, many moons ago.

I don't mind whatever tag. I'm digging, recalling reasons I remained....Bisdaks are really the promdi epitome....simple, warm, genuine, never lording. Mediocrity is fine.... it's a very good camouflage.[emoji4]
