in one of our seminars at the very prestigious AIM, napag aralan namin itong Anito and Victoria Court eh... tama nga na converted na to born again ang mga Kings (family ng may - ari).. from a product and marketing point of view, they've also changed their menus (daw) para to really try to get away from the "dirty" perception of motels... meron na rin silang mga karaoke rooms to try to get the barkada market and not just the couple market... tinanggal na rin nila (daw) mga ****o channels nila...
but in the end, they still couldn't deny na bread and butter pa rin nila ay yung sa "couple" market... they're not actually selling a bed or a place to sleep or a place to take a shower... they're actually selling privacy... hehe..
