Pinalipat sa harap. She agreed because the driver seemed nice naman daw.

She said she wasn't sure if the driver had a weapon so she did what the driver told her to do.

She could say she doesn't know how to perform oral *** Seriously since the guy was driving I would have bitten or punched him down there.

I think yes - need to get confirmation and the correct legal terminology from the lawyers here, but as was explained to me by friend lawyers some years back, it is rape as long as either the "instrument" or the "orifice" is correct. Basically, as long as either *** organ is involved, it is rape.

So:

A man's organ in ANY orifice (mouth, anus, female organ, etc.) can be classified as rape
ANYTHING put into a woman's organ (male organ, finger, toe, tongue, other tool such as a dildo, etc.) can be classified as rape

It requires either "organ" to be involved to be classified as rape.

The absence of both is not rape, but may be classified as assault, such as:

A dildo/finger/"other instrument" in the mouth/anus/"other orifice"

The Anti-Rape Law of 1997, which amended the previous definition of rape as defined in the Revised Penal Code of 1930, now defines the crime of rape as follows:

Article 266-A. Rape: When And How Committed. - Rape is committed:

1) By a man who shall have carnal knowledge of a woman under any of the following circumstances:
a) Through force, threat, or intimidation;
b) When the offended party is deprived of reason or otherwise unconscious;
c) By means of fraudulent machination or grave abuse of authority; and
d) When the offended party is under twelve (12) years of age or is demented, even though none of the circumstances mentioned above be present.

2) By any person who, under any of the circumstances mentioned in paragraph 1 hereof, shall commit an act of ***ual assault by inserting his penis into another person's mouth or anal orifice, or any instrument or object, into the genital or anal orifice of another person.

The 1997 changes expanded the definition of rape and reclassified that crime as a Crime against persons instead of, as previously, grouping it with Crimes against Chastity

the swift is infamous for its tight rear seating. 'tis more accurately labeled as a 2 + 2 , in my opinion.

Last week we rode an eon. The other week a picanto. May dala pa kaming baby at dalawang malaking bag. Wala kaming choice kaya tinuloy namin. Nag feedback na lang kami na dapat walang ganung sasakyan sa Uber.
