What happens if you sign up, but only go online once a week? Is there a minimum number of hours?

I'm thinking of doing this as a hobby instead of bumming at home on weekends...

Ang laki naman pala. Pwede ba yung isa isang byahe lang kada araw after work upto 3x pang gas man lang?

Yan yung initial plan nya. Pero nauwi sa pagkuha ng full time driver. He is now planning to dispose the vios (AT kasi) and getting a hyundai accent diesel. Sabi ko bakit di nalang 2 unit nya tutal kaya naman bayaran yung monthly by having another full time driver. Gusto lang daw MT yun units na gagamitin nya para tipid sa gas.

I just realized, pwede ko pala paliwanag na talo sya dun dahil pag nabenta nya vios siguradong malaki ang lugi nya sa depreciation. Pwede nya siguro i keep yung vios for personal use.

you can do it part time. mas mababa lang kita. if you reach the quota kasi, may mga incentives. alam ko they are promoting drivers to be on the road during peak hours kaya they give additional incentive during peak hour

Btw yun umaabot ng 20k a week, yun yata yung may bonus pag na meet mo hours per week/month. Pero pede mo naman off uber kung ayaw mo byumahe.

Can driver pick the route? I mean if I sign up tapos I'm in makati then going home to QC, then kuha ka passenger an on the way sayo.

No visibility on where the customer wants to go. So di ka makakapili. And policy ni Uber na bawal magreject kasi nga inaavoid nila yung ginagawa ng taxi na namimili ng pasahero.

What if someone will book you for a bang bus episode? Ikot2 lang walang destination hangang matapos ang scene. Magkano kaya singil nito? :D

Ang alam ko d pede van. Sa uber yam kasi yun nkalagay sa policy nila basahin nio nalang yun sa website nila..

Malaki din pala kita dito kaso inniisip ko ayos kaya ito kung ifull time althought may work ako kso sobrang kulang samen mgasawa kaya eto naiisip ko gawin kung sakali magresign ako..

Mas malaki kita when uber was first launched. During that time karamihan mga rent a car pa ata ka tie up nila.

Sa lagay na yan lumiit pa kita after mag intervene LTFRB.

I think the issues are:

1. There should be a commercial gen liability insurance coverage for both driver and passenger

2. The income should be declared in your ITR.

Pede ka mag sign up both as an uber or grab car driver. So dalawa hawak mo smartphone. That way mas marami chance mo makakuha passengers. Also may incentives ang uber and grabcar that changes every so often for their driver/operator. So pile ka na lang which has a better incentive during that week for x amt of pickup/dropoff

^Add ko lang, tumataas talaga ang kita pag peak hours dahil sa price surge. Dagdag mo pa yun incentive nila pag may na meet kang minimum hours or something.

Hirap pa mag invest dyan masyadong malaki yung risk dahil sa issue sa ltfrb/lto. Ok lang siguro kung ipapart time mo lang kotse mo dyan

Calling all operators and drivers. Kindly post your ACTUAL experience with Uber in terms of the following: (for at least 1 week)
- number of hours in a day
- number of pick ups in a day
- gas consumption for a week
