At 6B, looks like it's now or never for them. Unless investors want to fork over another chest full of gold in a couple years time.

the problem kasi eh theyre too greedy and have gotten too big, the let in jologs drivers, cash payment and cheap cars.

gusto ko uber before when it was using higher end cars, credit card only payment and non-taxi drivers.

they should just go back to that, they were earning before.

Not sure kung meron Uber Premium dyan (high end car)
But pwede ka din i-pick up ng Uber Premium kahit UberX hanap mo (kung mahina pasada) - happened to us twice, X4 and A5 (I'm based in SG)

So kung ayaw mo ng Mirage/Wigo, you can book a better car... Mas mahal lang...

In SG, UberFlash is the cheapest... Pero baka taxi ang dumating. (Binili ng Comfort ang 51% ng Uber,if you can't beat them, buy them!)

They weren't earning then either. Uber has always been burning venture capital since the day it set foot here.

This is why sobrang galit sa kanila ang taxis around the world. They come in with deep pocket with the only goal of starving out competition without investing to much on equipment. Then once they gained a big chunk of the pie, they'll get another huge investment through private stock trade. Since stock price has more impact than net revenue, they have no problems burning cash just to take market share.
