August 7th, 2017 11:22 AM #148I have no doubt that the Uber/Grab fleet includes (coverted) taxi units or at least units owned by taxi operators. And also I am pretty sure many are units are not really for ride-sharing purpose.
But for me, does it matter if the units ply the rode 12,16 hours a day and not really a ride-sharing vehicle? If it provides a better, safer service then government regulators should look on how they can replicate this instead of killing it.
Imagine taxi units with driver reviews and pre-agreed fares. Di ba? Lahat panalo.
