Tsikot Outreach Program in Baguio City

Part of the TSIKOT'S 1st official Fun Run to Baguio, (which will be on May 19, 2007) we are doing an outreach program in partnership with Baguio City Government's Social Welfare Department.

130 kids ang beneficiaries.

Since school year 2007-08 will start by June, Baguio's Social welfare Department requests for donations na pwedeng gamitin ng mga kids sa school.. at kahit hindi na daw food ang clothes.

We budgeted Php200 per kid.

The P200 will cover:

• School Bag
• School Supplies (ballpen, pencil, scissors, plastic cover, manila paper, etc. etc.)
• white socks
• Umbrella

You may sponsor 1 to as many kids as you want.

example, if you wish to sponsor 5 kids, you will contribute Php1000.

You need not join the funrun para makatulong. The Baguio Fun Run Committee, Jedi, and myself would be the ones na mamimili, mag-aaccount, at magpa-pack nito. *alabang guys, vinolunteer ko na kayo! hehe*

We decided to make the donations monetary, para pare-pareho lang yung matatanggap ng mga kids. No one gets more than the other.


Sana nakatulong tayong lahat. I know that the kids there would appreciate the small help we could give.

Kung gusto nyo magbigay or tumulong sa pag-aayos nitong mga donations (pamimili, at pagpa-pack), ito ang maaari nyong gawin:

The Tsikot fun run will not only promote camaraderie for members, kasabay nito Tsikot as a community kahit papano, makakagawa tayo ng konting bagay na pwede makapagpasaya or makatulong sa mga taong hindi masyado nakakatikim ng kasaganahan. Lalo na sa mga bata.

Yes sa mismong funrun po gagawin yung outreach, sa May 19 na po yung funrun.

We hope na makabuo pa ng ibang groups of tsikoteers sa ibat ibang area in the future at makagawa din ng Fun Run like this na may kasamang Outreach program.

How do we send/handover the money?... deposit to a particular bank account? and fax the deposit slip? or do an EB of sorts to give the cash?
