    toll gate

balintawak to bambang ( tama ba? ) less than 200
nlex exit to luisita ( sctex ) mga 60 plus ata

its cheaper than you think. we stayed at tiffany's... its a nice place... 990 per day. there are cheaper alternatives. I advise you to pick up a map so that you know where the hotels are. we actually stayed in laoag on our first day and drove to pagudpud the following morning. from laoag to pagudpud is around 1:15 travel. hataw yun, sometimes reaching 120 kph on clear roads.

If you like, you could stay at the Saud Beach Resort, i dont know how much but i think its not too pricey. or you could rent a tent and sleep at the beach if you want.
You could rent a tent just at the resort after the Saud Beach Resort. Another alternative is to stay at one of the Homestay accredited houses. No Privacy there.

Hope this info helped you in some way... ingat sa zigzag sa pagudpud... (i accidentally killed an askal) sumalangit nawa ang kanyang kaluluwa.. pis

ay wow... tnx. tita ng gf ko, same reaction sa mga pictures. we were not able to visit all of the places that needs to be visited since i forgot to bring the list that i downloaded from lakbaytv.net but all in all, it was well worth the trip. ala nga ako kahalili sa pag dri drive but since the roads are in pretty good condition, di masyado nakakapagod. If your coming from manila, I advise you to leave around 2 or 3 am para ala traffic when you pass by La Union. Tricycles kc dun travel via highway so maiinis lang kyo. Have a nice trip CVT. btw, were coming back there this summer.. EB na lang tyo... hahaha

waaaaaaahhhhh I miss my hometown!!!! It's nice to see the viaduct. The last time na dumaan ako doon (mga 9 years old pa lang ako) grabe as in nakakatakot. Not much changed based sa pics although the roads are better now. Sana makauwi kami this summer!!!

Lahat busy sa work. Pero this summer, we really plan to go.

Thanks for loving my hometown. It's worth loving naman talaga. Sana nabisita rin ninyo ang Mangato Laoag (the seminary there is my school) tapos diretso na kayo ng Fort Ilocandia. The scenery there is really nice ewan ko na lang ngayon. It's also worth mentioning para sa mga pupunta to visit Baduc, Sarrat, Pasuquin, Bacarra (place I was born) and Bangui. ;)
