So far tolerable pa, struggle lang kanina nung hinahanap namen train platform.

Still mabait mga Japs, sinasagot naman nila.

    Even the immigration/customs officers mababait.

Will check if i can get a tourist sim card, mabigat yung 550 a day hehe.

Have fun bro CNS! I recognize the temple and the tokyo tower. You are now near the daemon station and the tokyo prince hotel. Try Akihabara and the cheap electronic stuff and the *** toys! Buy me a fleshlight please.

You cannot buy a sim card in Japan, you can only rent it. Marami kang marent sa internet. What I use is Sakura Mobile. Data sim lang sya. Walang voice calls or SMS. FB/Viber nalang pag calls and messaging.

You can buy SIM cards. OCN and b-mobile have SIM cards specifically for visitors (marami pang iba). But you are right sir regarding the data-only.

Although now nagbebenta na ata Klook ng prepaid sim cards na data only. On my 2 previous Japan trips I always use the local wifi rental company Flytpack. But I am getting irritated by their slow return of security deposit. So will probably just get a sim card on Klook and insert it on my own pocket wifi.

If you try Airbnb in japan next time, I believe you can borrow a pocket wifi free of charge. Both our hosts in Tokyo and Osaka lent us one, we just asked them via LINE. You will just have to leave it in the room afterwards and notify them. The house cleaner will get it after your stay.

Wala e bro hotel kami yung visit namin... Pero yes alam ko if you stay at an Airbnb pwede nga hiram. Pero need din ng net before the stay kasi if di mo kabisado lugar hahanapin mo pa Airbnb lodging mo via Google Maps which requires net.

Wala naman problema connection ng flytpack? Ilan days ba delayed ng return nila ng deposit? Diba diretso deposit na nila sa account?

Wala yung connection superb. They use Softbank LTE.
