Masarap sa US mag bakasyon. Kelangan nila ng tourists to help the economy. Sana huwag tayo malimutan ni Boybi pag naka jackpot siya sa 'Vegas.
Boybi, nakapag Florida-Washington DC/Maryland-NYC ka na? Isa din yan masaya with the family but you'll need around 1 month or so to really enjoy it.
hindi naman every year. 2nd time palang ito. di kaya masyado matagal mawala dito. actually 2 lang kami ng panganay ko. last year nyang makaka discounted fare sa airplane
di pa ako nakapag east coast.
masarap mamasyal sa US kasi madaling magdrive.

yun last na punta mo US nag HK ka or Singapore dahil hinde mo kasama family mo Sa usOriginally Posted by boybi
Iyong Maryland-DC-NY-Philly(Penn) tour - puwedeng 3-4days. Mas magandang pasama ka sa mga kamag-anak sa DC dahil you need 2 days to tour it, if you're into that kind of stuffs,- maraming museums..
Florida,- eroplano iyan,- pero sulit dahil maganda at malaki ang Disney World.....

We did this before, 3 weeks at the East Coast, Florida-Baltimore-DC-NYC-NJ-Niagara Falls, and bitin if you really want to see DC and NYC at your own time and pace. We hacked an overnight drive to Niagara Falls and it was well worth it.For me, mas maganda kung hindi kasama sa tour as it gives you freedom and flexibility to go around.
Sa Florida, you can spend a week to go to Disneyworld and to Cape Canaveral (NASA). In DC, the museums and historical sites can take you several days if you really indulge in it (although yes, if you're with young kids, they may not enjoy it much).
Boybi, since dalawa lang kayo, medyo mabilis makaikot nga since easy to mobilize. Pag family kasama, mas matagal to get going around talaga.
i also stayed the same number of days sa LV.
there are two main vegas factory outlets in LV: both can take half to one whole day depende sa shopping style mo. ako before I went there, I told myself never to shop. but those American shoes, bass, sketchers, nike, adidas can resist all those outlet discount that vary everyday. and also since you're driving, try to Visit Barstow outlets, though medyo ghost town na yun, but I bought like 3 orig levi's 501's there on sale for like P800 a piece. my wife bought naturalizer shoes and coach/nine west bags, sobra mura as in less than half the price here, puwede nyo pa ibenta
regarding sa LV strip, divide it into three areas. yun mandalay, luxor, mgm side/ then yun sa gitna bellagio, forum, pallazo, venetian dun ka mag-concentrate, I really loved the Italian area side of LV strip, or maybe bec. I just loved anything Italian. if you go to Italy, dun mo talaga ma-appreciate ang LV Italian side trip mo, coz Italy will be the real thing. I miss Europe so much. and then yun side ng circus circus/ wynn / mirage etc. dun sa gitna side sa tabi ng flamingo and imperial palace, dun ang dami nagsasayaw ng mga bar girls sa strip mismo, you can even see police cars there pero ok lang hehe
3 days in San Diego, parang wala naman napuntahan dun kungdi Sea World. 3 days more than enough.
LA sobra dami: Observatory, Knots berry, Anaheim Disney, Universal, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, Sta Monica (in my opinion, dedicate I whole day here coz of Muscle Beach and Seafoods galore yun), staples center, Hollywood (Chinese Graham, Kodak Theater, Ripley's ), downtown LA like Farmers Market, and that mall beside it with the tram (forgot) and the hollywood blvd. stars inisa-isa ko yun, bawat isa may pic heheh. tambay ka din sa Hollywood blvd. kasi kung nanood ka ng TMZ or Extra, chances are may makita ka celebs dun hinahabol ng paparazzi
after LA, go visit Socal - West covina/Chino/ Baldwin/ Puente Hills kung nasaan ang concentration ng mga pinoy hehe. eat in Pinoy Pinay (sarap ng pagkain nila at ang dami servings) and of course, if you have relatives, padala ka sa Nordstrom Rack, Tj Maxx, Ross - dyan ako nakabili ng Rayban at Oakley na tig 2k lang orig heheh. and also Glendale - kung san naman naghahari ang russian/armenians, it's a good place Glendale Mall and the galleria
Sobra ba pangit sa Barstow? Dyan ko pa naman balak mag fuel stop, and probably lunch if medyo late kami makaalis ng LA.

QUestion lang po: maganda ba talaga sa US? never been there.hehe
Lagi ako nasa Australia.
I assume that for a 1st time vacation sa US, it's best to have at least 1 month allotted time para sa key tourist attraction?
What is the best places to visit na pasok sa 1 month vacation? Or kung 2 months kasama hawaii na?
Fasten your seatbelt! Or else...Driven To Thrill!
boybi, its been awhile since ive been to barstow and im sure it has been renovated since. also, there are other stops along the way where you can refuel and eat. family and i eat on the go when we can to save time on the road. this means going for the usual burger fries nuggets or anything easy to eat.
its ok if we dont get to meet, im sure hectic pagdating mo dito. my invite is always there in case (i.e. food trip in my city).
1 month vacation really depends on many things such as age and preference. maybe california 1 month visiting hollywood, disney, six flags, san diego, san francisco (alcatraz!!!) and unique towns along the way. there should be many guides online that can be useful esp first time visitors. plan ahead, and dont visit too many destinations in a few days where you feel rushed all the time.
