Question..... why take your coffee in the car when they couldve taken it inside Starbucks?! If youve ever been to Festival's open parking, you'll instantly know it's a potential make out spot! Wide open parking, dark, un-populated. Common sense would dictate that you avoid such suspicion (of lewd acts), by just acting normally and having coffee in a coffee shop.

Oks na sana yung theatre incident. im behind them all the way to the courts pero di ko maintindihan yung coffee in the car. Looks like the sender and her boyfriend really needed some privacy hehehe.

    basta when dealing with policemen...

    1. never go down from your vehicle.
    2. never allow them to search since they need a warrant to do that.
    3. give only driver's license or residence certificate/tin card as id.
    4. if they insist you get out of the car, tell them you will have to get your lawyer first before you do so. tell them you will wait for your lawyer to arrive before you get out. then close the window and call your lawyer. SO ALWAYS HAVE A LAWYER FRIEND's/RELATIVE's/COMPANY MATE's/ETC BUSINESS CARD WITH YOU!

    BTTT:

Oh well, bakit nga ba ako matanong hehe :D

(kids dont do this at home) :D

    opinion ko lang to ha...

hindi kaya talagang may balak sila kaya they had coffee inside the car instead of the coffee shop?
maybe some parts of the story was true while other portions wer made up to cover their deeds

as far as i know safe naman dyan sa festival i frequent there before.

Security agency that handles festival supermall is LINGGUS security agency owned by a female attorney wife of a Late judge
they are very strict with their guards specially if they would assign them to big clients like festival mall they know the rules and legal stuffs very well, since both them are lawyers kaya nga ganun na lang ang higpit ng regulations nila, they know the consequences they would suffer pag may bulilyaso.

(take not pag napansin kayo ng guard on a vehicle SOP nila is to flashlight your windows lalo na pag engine is on idle ,pag wala naman sila nakitang ginagawang malicious act they just let you be.
if may nakita sila is they report to their OIC or supervisor ng kanilang agency which incidentally is a retired army officer ex pma -er who holds office inside festival (which they consider a big client kaya dun nagoofice ang kanilang supervisor) pag wala naman ay laging may naiiwan na OIC dun
men in barong which you would rarely see lumalabas lang sila pag talagang may mga incidents they would be the one to report to the police if ever may incidents na hindi na nila ma handle.

    why i know ?
family friend namin ang owner ng lingus
kakilala ko rin yung mga supervisors nila
if ever such thing really did happend on festival dont hesitate to PM me for their numbers and ask for persons to look for para matulungan natin sila at maiwasan ang mga ganitong incidents
    HTH

Never trust policemen especially in this godforsaken country.
