basta only eat at higly reputable restaurants. if you have the budget always eat at hotel restaurants. yun lang mapapayo ko. i've never been there but some of my officemates have.
Sir,
Its a place south of Delhi.
Vix vapor rub and panlaban ko dyan.
brad!

Anyway, I work in middle east, Singapore and US for short stint and I have some Indian comrades in my work. They are generally mabait at kalog din in nature. At home, they use this patadyong like dresses they say is comfortable. Pero amrit, some Indians really have smells which is quite not common pero di naman mabaho. Di ko rin alam if it is because Indians used to cook too much Curry or other spicy ingredients. But generally, Indians are good companions and I have some Indian friends. I like their Rati Prata, Briyani rice and other foods but already forgot their names.

Anyway, try to enjoy the food, may magugustuhan ka rin na pagkain like:
Briyani, Roti Prata, Naan bread, Curry, etc.
Masarap din, it's up to your panglasa.
totoo nga, iba ibang kultura natin so tolerance lang yan. each culture has its good and bad side. sanayan lang yan sa isa isa
i am sure that the guys who posted their replies did not mean to offend. i am sure also that amrit had every right to post his reply
mag inuman nalang tayong lahat kasi, kahit indian, jordanian, lebanese, iranian, american, european, indonesian, i assume that lahat tayo dito ay filipino. of course, i am sure that may mga foreign posters rin tayo of filipino descent but not necessarily citizenship. pero filipino pa rin, di ba
mazdamazda's post has been deleted. i'm sure he posted in the spirit of fun and did not mean to offend, but nonetheless, please accept my apologies on behalf of the moderating team
never been to india but i've been working with them for the moment, some are nice, some are maybe only snob..
some of the best dishes so far are tandori chicken and, nan, the fabulous bread (yummy with the spicy soup)!
they're very comfortable eating with their hands, yep even at our office canteen and restos, seems nice since they're not afraid to let the world see how happy and comfy they are.. i guess, anywhere they go... just being proud as indians

yep indeed it is! spicy and yummy!
i have tasted it once during our bbq party here..
one of the nicest thing about working with some people around the world.. a chance to know about their countries without even worrying how to get there :D
i have visited delhi for work before. here are my comments:
1. big difference between rich and poor - much like the philippines. the company put me up at one of the best hotels (maurya sheraton), but a mile or so from the hotel was some of the poorest conditions/people i've seen
2. the people are SO NICE and hospitable. it was truly a pleasure talking to everyone.
3. the food is awesome. i ate only at the most reputable places but was not afraid to try anything. before my stay ended i was looking forward to each meal.
4. bring some spending money - they have wonderful woodcrafts, jewelry, cashmere and leather goods - all at a tenth of the price of the same goods in the US
5. the nicest car i saw there was an all-new E-class benz :D
6. make sure you set aside time for sightseeing. Agra (sp?) is an hour away from Delhi - the Taj Mahal is there.
7. yes, be careful of the water. while i was there, i drank only sealed bottled water (i even brushed my teeth with bottled water). bring lots of imodium
8. get shots for common infectious diseases
9. traffic is comparable to the philippines, except for the cows (holy) that wander around and hang out wherever they damn well please (even in the middle of the street!)
