What exactly you want to see or experience on the trip? You'll be limited to the whole of Bulacan while Pampanga side will be San Fernando & Candaba if your into bird watching.
Yes sir, bird watching though I'm not sure kung what time of the year yung migrating season then derecho ka na ng Sandbox (porac).
Except Bulacan, everywhere else is farther than Clark.
In Clark, pwede ka magwakeboard. Or Fontana. Going back home, you can try Zoo World in Caltex Mega Station right after San Fernando. Most extensive collection of big cats I've ever seen - mountain lion, lions, Bengal tigers, and a white tiger (!)

Pampanga food trip...san fernando-angeles area. Abe's farm in magalang is the first to come to mind...
Meron din po sa may Porac sandbox ilan kilometers lang away from clark. Kids will enjoy yung mga outdoor activities.
Food is okay there at that resto.
You can also try Milas for sisig. Abe's farm is okay and the kids can swim then you can pass by Marquee Mall for a while on the way home but I think the road to Magalang has some ongoing construction/widening. Other usual restos there are Everybody's Cafe, Jun-jun's barbeque, and Suzie's cusine (kakanin and merienda).
You can go with Sandbox or the wakeboard park if you want to try something new.
San fernando pampanga beside sm meron sky ranch, then sa clark my fontana, sa porac meron poracay resort, inside angeles city marami choices na masarap na kainan, search for bale dutung. Drive up further gerona tarlac can eat at isdaan, not so yummy for me..
One more place must see in tarlac is the monasterio de tarlac, but u must know the road to go there, its quite challenging if u dont know the road..
