straight sa water yung resort pero during low tides you can walk up to 50 meters from the beach since up to your waist lang yung water.
konti lang tao since malayo sya (lampas pa ng sabang) and mostly foreigners and divers lang ang pumupunta dun.
i like that! any contact details?

If you want exclusive and not so crowded na beach resort, I suggest going to Encenada Beach resort, Buri2x or Coco Beach.

sir mikaztro nagagandahan ako sa club mabuhay ah... 1,500/night daw... not bad at all.. since nung pumunta ako ng whitebeach nasa 1,200 yung fan room kasi dami tao.. ndi pa masyado maganda yung accomodation namin kasi d kami nagreserve.

the thing is, after riding the ferry to muelle, sabi mo mag boboat ulit to small la laguna, how much is it? kasi nakasulat doon sa site club mabuhay 800/4 pax from muelle to sa kanila...

    Pissword,

Well, you can just take a tricycle from Muelle to Sabang and walk to Small Lalaguna. Yes, it is P800/4 pax so that is around P200 per trip to Small Lalaguna 2 way. You can make a deal with the boat men to escort you to and from Small Lalaguna and also some day trips around the Island. I'm sure you can make a good deal out of it. By the way, don't worry about the boatmen overcharging as the DOT there is strict. They have a set of standard fees to follow with. Don't forget also to buy your ticket back home for the fast craft once you've arrived in Muelle as they're selling hotcakes. You can ask the personal boatman purchase your ticket for you.

I'm back from my P Galera trip. Sarap at mura pa! Nag-enjoy kami ng lab ko!

Anyway, as of my last trip, ito roughly ginastos namin (April 2-4, 2005):
143 per person na bus fare from Cubao to Batangas Pier
200 (4 na kami sa 200 - one way) boat ride from Muelle to Big La Laguna
1500 per night (good for two) na superp room sa Big La Laguna (beach front, pag labas mo ng door beach na kaagad, da best ito talaga!)
1500 na boat for the entire day (morning to 5pm lang... iba na rate sa gabi)

Pwede kayo mag baon like we did.

Looks like, it's cheaper to stay in Big La Laguna than White Beach.

eojlin, What resort has that rate(1,500)? is there a cable t.v. and aircon? okay/clear ba ang water supply nila for shower?

We took a peek at Big Lalaguna, we rode a trike(100 pesos) from white beach to some place where there are jeeps(15/head) going to Sabang and then from Sabang, we walked along the beach to Big Lalaguna. At the end of Big Lalaguna(or is it not yet the end) there was like this big rock(there's a steep man-made stairs) where you would have to climb and cross. We didn't cross as my knee(severe ACL tear) might give up on me. Now, I'm left wondering what's on the other side of that big rock. Is it the Small Lalaguna or still Big Lalaguna? Anyone knows?

Glenn, Cataquis Lodge yung pinuntahan namin.

Piliin nyo yung Room 17 or Room 18, kasi beach front yan. May aircon and malinis yung room and bathroom. Wala lang hot water and cable tv. My girl and i figured na hindi namin kelangan ng tv. Btw, you just have to buy your own water for drinking, kasi medyo tubig probinsya yung tubig nila.

Also, you can take a boat from Muelle to Big La Laguna, you don't have to pass by Sabang and Small La Laguna.

    Sabang Beaches:
A "Happening place" for the visitor, especially after dark and it might not be everybody's scene if you want to relax and unwind.
    * Look out point: the 14m high Lighthouse where you can get gorgeous view of sunrise and sunset.

    Small La Laguna Beach:
a nearby beach although maybe a bit more relaxed the beach itself is not particularly impressive.
    * Popular for Diving and snorkelling.

    Big La Laguna Beach:
Here there's a lot of activity. Some of the cottages are packed close together, but the Coral Reef is worth seeing and is good for snorkelling.

    White Beaches:
The popular and busiest among the beaches between San Isidro and Talipanan Point. adjoining beaches like Aninuan and Talipanan are extremely quiet. However all of them are good bathing beaches although snorkelling is not particularly interesting.

Ballete Beach, Long Beach Halige Beach:
Good foir snorkelling but can be dangerous for swimmers.
