Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita yesterday said Nov.2 is not a holiday in consideration of daily wage earners.
He said Nov. 15 is a nationwide non-working holiday because of Eid ul Fitre or the end of Ramadan.
He said Nov. 29, a Monday, will be a non-working holiday instead of Nov. 30 (Bonifacio Day) because of holiday economics.

yup, m here in the office today
atually, what's even worse is their declaration for the status of Nov 1. it was declared a special non-working holiday. for daily wage earners, this means, No Work, NO PAY. kawawa yung mga employees namin, scampering to file vacation leave. kung ubos na leave nila, wala silang bayad. kahit gusto nilang magtrabaho, di naman pwede since sirado ang factory.
