Base sa police report, inakusahan ng biktima si Javier na ginahasa siya sa loob ng cafeteria ng hotel ng gabing una silang nagkakilala.


Hindi sapat na sabihin ng suspek na nobya niya ang biktima at kusa itong nagparaya dahil labag pa rin sa batas ang pakikipagtalik sa isang menor-de-edad sa ilalim ng RA 7610.


Dahil dito tinanggal na sa trabaho ng management ng Playa Tropical Resort si Javier dulot ng labis na kahihiyan sa nangyari.

Napag-alaman na lumipat ng tinutuluyang hotel ang pamilya ng biktima sa labis na pagkamuhi sa nasabing establisimiyento.

Alam kaya niya minor. I don't know if there's something in the water now but the last time I went to visit an all girls school, the HS students looked more like college students. Ang tatangkad at developed na ang curves.

The whole cafeteria angle is weird. What, is their cafeteria completely deserted and lockable from the rest of the hotel? (it usually isn't) The parents let their kid out at three in the morning and she got drunk? Fishy talaga. Not saying that rape was impossible... as it is very possible, but some things don't add up, and the details in the news report are totally insufficient.

yes bro, but i did not claim we are gwapo and i did not claim that is was only me that they are buying drinks, i said "WE" which we dont know sino ang trip nila sa amin. foreigners are i dunno, tripping on us ordinary locals? thats why we called ourselves exotic kasi puro foreigners nanlilibre sa amin ng drinks eh.

there is even a straight foreign guy na nakipagpustahan sa games sa iphone and my friend won, so he should buy us like 5 san mig light and we are surprised that he gave us one bottle of tequila and another one, total of two. we stayed at le soleil. hehehe
