Try to look for condo unit brokers around the Ayala area and ask them if they have an available parking unit for rent. Most condo units near Ayala offer parking spaces at a monthly rate. Minsan kasi, yung owner/tenant ng isang condo have no use for the parking space so they have their parking spaces for rent. Price varies from 1500 to 2500 per month plus the condo sticker. Kung makakita ka ng 1500/month, good deal na yun 'coz it's cheaper compared to paying 100/day. The parking is yours to use, 24-7, depending on how long your agreement with the owner. Try browsing buy&sell, and you can see the numbers of brokers.

I remember my makati days when I used to park on a near by parking lot on our building which by hour ang bayad (not sure with the exact pricing). Then pag 5pm na lalabas ko yung oto ko kasi libre na parking sa labas. Well medyo hassle pero it saves a lot of bucks specially sa work field ko hindi specific yung time ng uwian ko. But I decided to move out from makati. Ang layo kasi coming all the way from Valenzuela gas + parking so that's around 400 a day of expense just for the transportation. May bonus pang stress sa traffic.

Ngayon libre na parking ko sa company and medyo mas lumapit na yung working place ko.

solved my problem by parking at the Southgate Mall at the corner of Pasong Tamo Extension and EDSA. Since the mall is new, all day parking is P35, but they said they would increase it to hourly in two weeks. It's a bit of a walk to my office but it does the job for now.

Honestly, if you work in Makati, for me its not advisable to bring a car if you're earning isn't enough. Sobrang mahal ng parking dito. sa building lang namin is, 8 hours will be around PHP180 na. wala pa ang gas dun and food. So if bringing a car isn't that necessary, maybe better na mag commute na lang.

Patulong naman, I work in Pacific Star (makati ave cor. buendia), any recommendation kung san maganda magpark. major consideration is less than a hundred sana for whole day. I don't mind walking a little, say 10mins or paying on a monthly. Thanks!

my office is at philamlife tower, i usually park sa premier parking yung parking space dun mismo sa likod ng building., mahal! :D ngayon ko lang tinry yung sa san agustin. i was going for the one with the 70 rate, pero lumagpas ako, di ko napansin agad., dun na ko nag park sa 115, mas malapit sa office., hindi daw pinupuno ung 'isle' part, wala ding iwan susi.

all I can say, asa pa kayo sir. tingnan niyo yung katapat niyong parking (mandarin hotel), 60 per hour ang rate pero punuan palagi. if you can't afford the parking fee, then commute nalang.

ako pinakamura ko nang nahanap ay P120 flatrate, although sa ayala-buendia ako malayo sa inyo.

I always go to the gas station... buy a coke light... then pa-simple... walk away from the car.

I'm so glad I don't have to go there regularly, though... parking is a pain!

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
