Kayang-kaya.
I used to have my family with me in Singapore for 7 yrs.

forgot to say I'm single, maybe I'm part of the minority. So for me It's not about being away from the family.
Having a girlfriend (filipina and non-filipina) here doesn't help. Problem is they are so entrenched in their life in Tokyo, it's nauseating. Well, at least the ones I dated. I hinted to some of my ex that if ever I commited (Married) I'd choose life in the Philippines. They won't entertain the idea or even consider it. They won't say it directly to my face but they think of the Philippines as some kind of a sh!thole, which I cannot accept.
I can actually run the family business and live a comfortable life in Manila. But I got reasons for choosing life here, certainly not money, which are personal.Last edited by Negus; July 25th, 2010 at 08:42 PM.
