also, kags prefers milkteh over coffee, and believes that those who disagree with him are... mistaken.
his motto says it all, "kagalingan right again!"

    bottomline,
    kags likes... kags!
    heh heh.

    about IKEA,
i prefer to get a carpenter and have him execute my design, rather than buy it.

Yes it will be a "local tourist destination" at first... alam mo naman tayo, makapag-post lang.

it will kill a lot of local furniture shops

pero give it 2 years max and makikita natin benefits of having an Ikea locally...

Being an Ikea regular for more than 10 years, I only have 2 things against it.

    1. Nakakapagod mag assemble
    2. Madaling masira! - most of their furniture (especially the cheap ones) are not made of real wood

so just like a nice article I saw in Malaysia...

Having an Ikea will kill small furniture shops. 2-3 years later, it will help locals to "modernize" their products. Just imagine an "Ikea Table/Cabinet" using real wood!

    a few visits...
    smartphone in hand..
    in a short time,
the local market will be teeming with IKEA-oids.
    "revenge" for invading our land!.
    heh heh.
