Siargao island and Surigao island

Anong advice nyo ok puntahan dito?

When you travel by land, you need to get to Surigao City for a barge or motorized fishing boat that will take you to Siargao. We opted to stay in one of the resorts in General Luna (there are so many in GL). September is the best time for cloud 9 surfing enthusiasts. But if you wanna explore the islets nearby Siargao, summer is the best time to go there. Ask around for cheap boats that could take you to these islets and they will take you to, to name a few, naked island and sohoton. Ask them about Bucas Grande too. The island is composed of quaint municipalities, even its city. Im planning to go back there.

Sa june ako pupunta. Hindi naman bagyuhin yung surigao and siargao sa month na yun? Gulat ako kasi sa nabasa ko ang bagyo daw jan from december to february.

Sa siargao i will stay at general luna tapos magisland hop sa daku island, naked island and guyam island. Bucas grande in sohoton ang ganda daw.

How about surigao city where do i stay here na gitna tapos iikutin ko mga beaches?

sa GL pwede ka dun mag start to get to their beaches. just ask the resort people how to get to those islands and sohoton. sohoton is awesome.

food is cheap. fresh seafoods. paluto ka lang if your resort doesnt have a resto.

i never got the chance to stay overnight in Surigao City though.

if you have the chance to go to surigao del sur, you have got to visit cagwait beach and its neighboring scenic spots. ganda ng dagat dun!

Pupunta rin kami ng tinuy-an. Sinabi din sa akin about cagwait beach. Ano yung neighboring scenic spots?

Gaano kalayo ang general luna sa cloud 9. Naexcite na talaga ako. Mukhang konti lang tao pumupunta sa surigao. Mukhang takot mga tao sa mindanao because of "abu sayaf" Pero maganda na rin ito para hindi mababoy ng mga pinoy yung beach.

Cloud 9 is a wave formation that is best for surfing. This makes surigao to be known as the top surfing waves in the world. Surfing is just right in General Luna. When you do island hopping, you are actually traversing close to that part of the pacific because siargao faces the pacific ocean. I guess, siargao is a bit far from the ASG lair. This is somewhere in the northern part of Minda while asg's in the southern portion.

bisitahin mo din iyong dinagat group of islands especially iyong bukas grande. heard lots of cool stuff about it. actually my mom, my cousins and my sister together w/ her kids were there about 3 weeks ago and they were totally raving about it.

Yung iba pinagtanungan ko sa ibang forum about siargao sabi puntahan ko daw bucas grande yung sa sohoton daw. As in parang nasa ibang dimension daw.

Di ba majority sabi ang pinaka-ok daw dito sa philippines el nido palawan. Pero pag napuntahan mo daw sohoton eh magbabago opinion mo kung ano ang maganda.

Magdadala talaga ako eneloop at charger. Kasi makikihiram ako ng camera at videocam.

Alam nyo ba kung ano quality brand ng mga maninipis na long sleeve beach shirt and pants. Parang bohemian look. Kasi ayoko gumamit ng off lotion kaya ito na lang suotin ko para iwas kagat ng lamok.

Tapos na trip ko sa mindanao.

Siargao- I love the community. Mababait mga tao. Dami pwede gawin. Nawili ako sa surfing. Gulat yung surfing trainor kung nakatry na ba ako before. Sabi ko ito first time ko. Kasi usually mga beginner eh aabutin ng fifth try bago makatayo. Ako 2nd try pa lang tayo agad sa surf board. Maybe nakatulong yung pag deadlift/squats ko sa gym.

Mangagoy, Bislig City- Kung nature sa nature paguusapan dito talaga ako napa-wow. Sobrang majestic ang tinuy-an falls. Babalik talaga ako dito. Dito kahit after mo magswim sa waterfalls kahit hindi ka na magshower after eh hindi ka babaho. Unlike sa beach na kailangan mo maligo after.
Ang ayaw ko lang inaalow nila mag-inuman mga lasenggo at mga yosi boy. (Sa araw-araw na buhay hindi ba pwede kalimutan muna si san miguel beer at marlboro!!!!)

Hinatuan- Grabe enchanted river. Lumalangoy ka sa aquarium. Pag sidsid mo eh nakakatakot yung ilalim kasi baka may pating na lumabas pero malabo mangyari. Ang linaw ng tubig. Ganun pala pag naghalo ang tubig dagat sa spring water. Gusto ko din dito eh walang trash can. Dalhin mo pauwi ang basura mo!!! (nakakatawa yung staff doon, iplay nila yung music na "itapon tapon mo basura mo itapon mo....)

Butuan City- Naingit ako sa mga nakatira dito. Balanse balanse yung lugar. City life tapos dami farm. Hindi ka magugutom dito. Simple life. Ganda ng history ng butuan. Wala pa philippines may butuan na. If narra ang "in" sa luzon pag dating sa furniture, sa butuan eh magkuno tree. Its an iron wood. Ito yung ginamit na nail sa balanghai boat. Grabe wooden nail na pag nasa tubig lalo tumitibay.

Grabe talaga mindanao. Napa-wow talaga ako. Blessing na din marami takot pumunta dito from metro manila para hindi malaspag.

enchanted river... meron 10-15ft cliff.

Try harana. The owner is very friendly. Mike ata yung name.

Also, rent motorcycles for 300 to 350 a day. Mas convenient kesa mag trike.

kinakabahan si siargao ngayon baka maipasara.

Problema kasi sa ganito island resort eh bago maging tourist destination eh ilatag muna saan itatapons basura.

Eh nangyayari kasi, kwarta muna bahala na si basura later.
