You are right! tali beach is located in nasugbu. If you you will be coming from manila take sta rosa exit and go all the way up to tagaytay. once you reached an intersection with a view of the taal lake make a right. it is a straight drive all the way to nasugbu. if you feel like you are lost do not be afraid to ask around. the road is well paved from tagaytay up to nasugbu and even up to tali beach's entrance. night time driving is discouraged although it is not dangerous. just try not racing on the twisties of hills of nasugbu specially at night. it is tourist season in nasugbu so you would definitely be not a loner driving at night. the beach there is ok it is an exclusive residential resort so expect it not to be crowded. enjoy!!!

Road condition is paved all the way to Punta Fuego. It is relatively ok to travel at night with a little bit of caution on the stretch between tagaytay and nasugbu since it is an accident prone area.

From Tagaytay go straight towards Nasugbu passing Evercrest.
After a long stretch of road you reach a Y, turn right towards the bridge and towards Nasugbu ( the other road leads to Tuy and Balayan ). Afterwhich you will pass by the Central Azucarera and turn right after the Shell station ( the left goes to Matabungkay ). You pass through the town of Nasugbu, go straight uphill, pass Bamboo beach and Terrazzas de Punta Fuego. Tali beach is before the Peninsula de Punta Fuego.

    Drive safely and have fun.
