I'm changing hotels... medyo mura pala sa Conrad (Hilton) HongKong relatively... (plus magamit din yung Hilton Honors card namin). Here's their rate for a 4d/3n w/ Breakfast:
P18K / City View / Superior
P23K / Ocean View / Deluxe

Mag hotel nalang kayo sa city and then mag MTR papuntang Disney. HK$50 lang naman ang round trip fare, basta ang kunin nyong MTR ticket yung pang Disney.
Pero mas maganda pa ring experience yung tumira kayo either sa Disney Hotel or Hollywood Hotel kagaya ng sabi ni BB. When we went there last month, 3 nights kami sa Disney Hotel and then we got the 2-day pass sa theme park. Sulit ito especially if you have kids para pagnapagod sila, pwedeng bumalik saglit sa hotel. Then bumalik pa sa theme park mga kids ko the next day, kami nag shopping na.

medyo daming masayang na oras sa check-in/out sa day 3 2pm pa ang check in sa hotel and next day uwi na kayo. Silvermine beach hotel is not as good as 3 star hotel in kowloon or HK island, why not get the DL Hollywood.
I recommend:
Day 1 Airport - Check-in Disney Hollywood Hotel - enter park
Day 2 Disney Park (free 1 day pass if you stay in DL Hotels) check out hotel
3pm - take MTR to Kowloon/ HK Check in Hotel
Day 3 Shopping
Day 4 Shopping check out hotel 12nn, Check tickets at AEL kowloon or HK..
depart HK (last flight)

^^^ I watched the Symphony of Lights from the Kowloon side (facing HK Island). Wasn't that fascinated by it at all, and judging from the other tourist's reactions, they weren't all that thrilled either.
*Kinyo: You've got nice pictures there. What kind of camera did you use? Mine looks crappy (used my Canon Ixus 40 at maximum resolution).

July 17th, 2007 05:03 PM #770*Galactus ... It's a Nikon D70 in manual control. You need a tripod for shots like these, iirc, I used f8.0/1.5sec/iso 200.
