    dati. ngayon di na, nung medyo bata pa ako.. kasi katwiran ko, if an individual really wants to change himself for the better, he can do it anytime.

    No I don't, never did. IMO, better to set measurable & realistic goals. Evaluate your performance on a regular basis and at the end of the year, summarize your performance to see kung saan ka pwede mag improve for the next year.
