Singapore...3 days 3 nights

My cousin's going to Singapore next month they be in for 3 days and 3 nights...
what are the sights what are the sounds...where to shop where to dine where to stay...

ok ba ang tiger airways? each person is billed 171.46 singapore dollar 2 way na.
aprrox 5,850 Pesos each

san ok na hotel? ok ba sa orchard road? ok ba kung maghanap ng hotel upon landing or mas ok kung may pre booking?

Sa 3D/3N baka mabitin siya, maganda siguro kung 4D/3N. Anyways, some places your cuz can go are the Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, Jurong Bird Park, Sentosa. Pwedeng puntahan ang zoo at Night Safari sa hapon kasi magkatabi lang sila. Zoo closes at 6, tas Night Safari opens at 6:30. Tapos they can also take the walking tours, o kaya they can take a boat on the Singapore River. Kung nightlife naman ang gusto nila, marami rin nun dito, from the good, clean fun to dirty fun hehe. Dining naman eh you won't lack choices here. Pwede sila kumain sa Clarke Quay, Lau Pa Sat, East Coast, etc.Tell them to try the chili crabs! Da bomb yun hehe

Shopping shouldn't be a problem because sa Orchard pa lang eh kung isa-isahin nila ang mga mall dun eh tiba-tiba na sila. Meron dung Ngee Ann/Takashimaya, Wisma Atria, Tang's, Paragon, Heeren, etc, etc. Tapos don't forget Sim Lim over at Bugis at Funan sa City Hall for electronics. Marami palang cheap souvenirs sa Bugis like yung mga t-shirt, magnet, keychain, etc, etc.

Mas magandang mag-book na muna sila ng hotel before going here, para from the airport, diretso na sila. Kahit di sila sa Orchard mag-stay ok lang. If maghohotel ako, gusto ko sa City Hall area para gitna.

actually 4D/3N kaso yung 4th day eh pauwi na...
just booked online at tiger airways so as of this writing wala pang hotel reservation.
additional Q's may night market ba dun?
san ba romantic spots sa sg?

meron pang airport tax (php 1500 ata) at travel tax (php 350)sa Clark kaya dala pa siya ng Php...magpapalit kayo ng Sing dollar sa loob ng Suntec city (1 us = 1.64 sing) at wag sa airport (1 us = 1.625~.63)...

kapag pupunta sya sa Sentosa mag cable car(pwede dito mag dinner sa mismong cable car) sya from Harbour Front...

pagdating nyo Sentosa punta sya ng Underwater World...

kapag pupunta sya Singapore Zoo at Night Safari take the MRT...baba sa Ang Mio Kong Station...from the station take the no. 138 bus...dala kayo at least 4 bottled water per person dito dahil sobrang mahal ng bottled water sa loob ng zoo..2.5 Sing $ each bottled water sa loob vs 0.85 sa labas...take the Singapore Zoo and Night Safari combo ticket para tipid...lakad lang sa loob Singapore Zoo then take the tram ride kapag sa loob naman ng Night Safari...

I would suggest Conrad Centennial Hotel...malapit ito sa Suntec City...pagbaba mo shopping/dining area na iyan dikit dikit...nood din kayo ng laser show sa Fountain of Wealth dito (biggest fountain in the world)

siyempre puntahan nyo rin ang Esplanade at Merlion...walking distance iyan from Conrad Centennial...

kapag mamimili ng electronic doon sa Sim Lim (sp?)...

kimps sobrang mura talaga ng lcd dyan...muntik na ako bumili kung di lang ako mayayari sa tax sa customs dito he he...

Tama pag pupunta sila ng Sentosa, they should take the cable car. I think ayos na siya ngayon kasi sinara ata recently for maintenance. Tapos pwede silang mamili ng package dun kung gusto nila tingnan yung ibang attractions sa Sentosa. Ang maganda dun yung Underwater World at Dolphin Lagoon. Merong Insect Kingdom dun, pero pwede na ring i-skip nila yun. Tapos sakay din sila sa Carlsberg Sky Tower kasi maganda yung view, 360-degrees visibility kasi umiikot yung sinasakyan nila. Cross their fingers na lang na maaraw pag sumakay sila dun kasi lately maulan dito hehe. Tas okay dun sa gabi yung Musical Fountain, laser/hologram show. Best time to go there eh sa hapon.

Tapos pag pupunta sila ng Zoo, merong triple-attraction package yun, kasama na yung bird park at night safari. IIRC, 18 sgd lang siya. Kung may time sila, kunin nila yung package na yun. And yes, mahal talaga ang tubig at chibog sa loob ng parks. Light clothing lang dapat suot nila dun kasi super humid.

Okay din yung hotel na sinasabi ni chieffy. Pero di ba kapresyo na nun ang Swissotel? Maganda yung location ng Conrad kasi pagbaba nila, 3 mall kaagad ang kalapit nun, Suntec, CityLink at Marina Square. Pwede silang maglakad-lakad around the City Hall area kasi maraming places na okay dun, Raffles Hotel (yung unang hotel ata dito yun, where the Singapore Sling drink was invented), Parliament, Chijmes (mga gimikan). Boat Quay at Clarke Quay malapit na dun (Sakay sila sa reverse bungee dun, G Max hehe). Okay rin mamili ng electronics sa Funan, pero makaka-bargain sila sa Sim Lim.

And yes murang-mura ang LCD monitor dito hehe
