Anong ang suggested nyo na pinamagandang one bag for travel na carry-on na available locally?

At the minimum, it should have well padded laptop compartment, enough pockets for tech accessories (charger, cables, mouse, mouse pad), enough room for clothes, toiletries, and a pair of shoes for a 2-4 day trip, and other utility pockets for documents, passport, water bottle and the like.

Puede backpack, hybrid backpack, covertible 3-way bag o rollers.

Importante ay puede ito carry-on para iwas check-in luggage.

Saw some nice ones but mostly unavailable dito sa atin.

    in my opinion,
if you have to put in the clothes and shoes for a four-day trip,
you will need more than a carry-on bag.
two carry-on bags or the next larger bag will probably do it.

    i'm a big person.

IMHO hindi kasya ang bagahe na may 2 shoes in one carry-on baggage, along with other stuff.

Unless the shoes you're packing can be compressed - hirap hanapan ng bag yan.
i have an american tourister backpack - with a well padded laptop slot and pockets for other stuff. I always put it under the seat during flights. With side pockets for bottles and it also has a coat na pwede itiklop.
Never packed a mouse kahit sa business trip.

    Only one pair of shoes.

I saw a number of expandable one travel carry-on backpacks (AER, Taskin, Black Ember, Peak Design, Patagonia, Pakt) but unfortunately, these are not available locally.

There are some on Shopee and Lazada like Bange or Mark Ryden but I have no experience or first hand feedback on these. Anyone here tried these backpacks? Legit ba itong mga brands o some cheap tsayna imitation lang? Matibay ba ang mga ito? I also read the online reviews on these but alam mo na yung iba mag bigay ng 5 stars pero nireklamo rin ang produkto

    but i have question.
why limit your choices to backpacks?
there are many alternatives with significantly larger capacities, some with convenient pull-along wheels.

May small rolling bag na ako and rolling luggage have limits especially on uneven surfaces. Yung gulong ng small case nasira. Mahal pa naman ito so very disappointing.

Backpacks frees both hands and are more flexible so long as you can carry the load.

With the amount of things you want to put in your bag, masyado na malaking bag ang need mo and might not be allowed as a carry on.

Kaya ito ng mga 30L to 40L bags. At puede carry-on din

Hoping someone here can share their experience with a locally bought na bag na swak dito.

If I can avoid bringing two bags, this is better

Unfortunately, pag economy ka, isang carry-on lang allowed

one carry-on (knapsack? buddy bag?)) and one pull-along are what i usually do. both easily sourced locally at the physical store, i.e., mall.
my pasaporte, cellphone and valuables, medicines and other immediate needs, including laptop and paraphernalia, are in the personal carry bag.
the pull-along containing my clothes and bigger things, stays in the base camp, i.e., "hotel".
i have been lucky, because the trips from the airport to the hotel are well-paved and easily accomodate my pull-along luggage.

we used to travel abroad on a regular basis, pre-covid.
my colleagues all do the same as above.

Speaking of travel bags and luggage, just saw this video today.

+1 on this. In my last trip I had the same setup. No problem checking in.

Maganda if I can just bring one bag.

I took another look at a Bange bag at Shopee ... https://shopee.ph/BANGE-BG1908(37L)-...b-ac1c2b0348fe

Seems to fit the bill. Anyone here has experience with this bag or brand? Price is relatively cheap.

What I don't like though is that you cannot stow the backpack straps away and carry this bag in briefcase mode or shoulder bag mode.

I don't carry much clothes with me (1 shirt, 1 pair socks, 1 boxer brief, 1 thin/lightweight jogging pants) because I either leave clothes behind at my PH destinations or buy new ones and then leave them there for future use.

A little folding toothbrush, small comb, tiny toothpaste tube, tiny sanitation wash, and washcloth makes up my toilet kit.

All the above fits in my laptop backpack. That's my only carry-on. Back in 2013, that's all I brought with me, period. The airport officials were a bit suspicious because that's all I had with me. No check-ins.
