Sorry to say this.. These hotels naman are not for "couples"? My friend told me kasi there are a lot of that kind in SG.. The motel types.. I don't wanna stay there po sana.. But, i also don't wanna stay in posh hotels.. I just need a decent place to stay in.. Thanks po

SINGAPORE - Singapore is looking to source construction workers from Sri Lanka and the Philippines, local media Channel NewsAsia quoted the city-state's Building and Construction Authority (BCA) as saying on Tuesday.

The BCA said it will set up two test centers in Sri Lanka, which are expected to be operated in six months, while at the same time, the country is also seeking the approval from Philippine authorities to establish test centers in the country.

China, India and Bangladesh are currently the main source countries of foreign construction workers. The authority said they hope to "be less reliant on these countries" and "boost supply and diversify the source for foreign labor" by adding Sri Lankans and Filipinos as their new choice.

The BCA added that most workers in Sri Lanka and the Philippines speak English and this will help improve communication on the construction site.

Gusto nila kasi magpapa-picture with our baby but I'm sure they know that I wouldn't trust anyone, much more, a stranger, to carry her. Nung una nga iniisip ko baka mga dugo-dugo gang ito ah or salisi gang, international chapters pero wala naman untoward incident that happened. Although super short lang visit namin (1 week lang), it was very smooth and problem free.

Medyo na-weirdohan nga ako sa mga tao dun, lalo na sa mga caucasian tourists. Kahit sa trains, para silang nakakakita ng artista pag may baby. Then I read na sobrang workaholic pala mga tao dun that they'd rather work that procreate

Honestly, ewan ko ano iniisip nila bakit sila lagi naka-smile sa amin mag-anak. They might be thinking I look funny carrying a baby since I'm a guy, but I don't care. hehe. My wife is 5'4 at 48kg, carrying a heavy superactive baby would be too much for her.

Baka artista pala si HP. Hehe.

We actually have the same experience sir when we went there back in 2010. My son was 4 years old then and he's quite chubby and cute and people at the parks and amusement centers would usually want to chat and take pictures with him. Sometimes he would get a free pass to some of the rides.

Pero cool pa din ako after a couple days i cancelled my internet services from them. So bye-bye. Never this happened to me in Western Australia were store people are helpful and informative. Pero mayroon din naman mababait na mga taga singapore. Kaya hindi dapat sila magalit sa pagtayo nang jollibee.
