Hi guys! My car is a civic 99 model m/t. In the past few days nagloloko ang clutch ko. When I start the car and drive for about 3-4 Kms ok naman, pagrelease ng clutch pedal nageengage na sa bandang gitna, just like normal. Pero if I drive for more than 4 kms biglang tumataas yung engage point ng clutch pedal at medyo tumitigas ng konti . Any ideas guys? Your inputs will be very much appreciated!
    Thanks and God Bless!

    Welcome to Tsikot.

How long is your clutch system? When was the last time you have it serviced? If depressing and releasing the clutch feels harder means the pressure plate needs to be replaced. Better to have your tranny pulled down and replace the plate, clutch disk and release bearing to save up on labor costs. hth.

Sir thanks for the reply. Kapapalit ko lang po ng plate, disk and release bearing last year, about 15k kms pa lang tinatakbo since. Any other input guys? Thanks!

Sir brain nagpalit din ako ng gear oil last year kasabay ng mga clutch parts.
