September 29th, 2009 08:24 AM #5Salamat sa reply mga sir's.. walang namang problem ang suspension ko as of now walang kalampag, ang suspetsa ko talaga sa transmission since nag iingay lang sya pag naka gear na ako.. ganito kasi, for example running * 60kph tapos nasa 4th gear, pag press mo yung accelerator maririnig mo yung noise, pero while running and press the clutch as in totally walang noise, so parang clutch and plates, bearing.

sige sir pa update naman ako kung ano magiging result nung sa auto mo.
Thanks.

Have you ever done a preventative maintenance? Fairly basic and inexpensive, it is helpful to make sure you complete the one or two major service procedures that include replacing (flushing) your transmission fluid.

nejikun,
i know you are not dreaming. the noise might be detonation resulting from wrong ignition timing, carbon buildup ( causes pre ignition or combustion starts before spark plugs fire) or wrong fuel octane number. have your ignition timing verified, decarbonize your combustion chambers and use a higher octane fuel. and please give us a feedback after doing these changes or trials

Sir, I think you are correct.
I also experience this. If you step on the gas pedal you'll hear this noise until 3,000 rpm and after that it'll be gone.
I checked the engine timing at idle and it's at 10deg. Its a GA16DNE Sentra engine by the way.
Does it mean that I'm using a low octane fuel? Its rating is 95 octane.
Thanks!
