update:
we've checked the linkage - okay naman, no play, adjustments okay
I checked the shift stick and the cable from the shift stick to the linkage everything is where it should be, no loose/worn grommet
hmmm.... hanap-hanap ulit, this could be an internal tranny problem na
the saga continues .....
