do you have any trouble shifting now? did you see any smoke?
worst case scenario, you fried your clutch and yes, it will need replacement....sorry

ize_9, yup. You probably revved too hard too long with the clutch engaged. Dont worry, it happened to me too. as long as nawala na yung smell and smoke and your clutch still operates normally (walang slip), youre good to go! wag mo na lang uulitin hehe

pagpababa ka ng baguio using engine braking may tendency na umamoy ang clutch. sa lions head kennon road pag nag stop-over ka maaamoy mo yun clutch ng other cars. ok lang yan, wag lang madalas.

December 26th, 2003 12:35 PM #10ok pa yan clutch mo. i just hope it's not warped yet. just try to avoid this in the future. also, try not to do hanging to much. if you're on a slope, just put it in neutral, engage the handbreak and when you're ready to move again dun ka palang mag shift sa gearÜ
hope this helps!
Puwede i try, 1. Palit air filter 2. Linis throttle body 3. Linis MAF sensor 4. Check spark...
high idle RPM at engine start
