No Clutch

Ask ko lang sana kung anu kaya problem if while on driving minsan nawawala yun clutch, as in ala na resistance pagtinatapakan mo and cant change gear anymore? Pero after a few seconds nagkakaroon din, binobomba ko lang un clutch tapos bumabalik din?

another question po, is normal ba if naka 1st gear ako and without stepping on the gas pedal and releasing the clutch slowly is aabante na yun kotse? parang automatic transmission?

What is your car?

I am assuming your clutch is a hydraulic type. Have a mechanic check your car's hydraulic system in relation to the clutch. It could be a leak or fluid level is low.

When you say "cant change gear" ... do you mean you cannot engage any gear (can't go forward or reverse)?

Yes sir, lets say nasa 2nd gear ako and after going to full stop, dadalhin ko sa 1st gear, hindi na pwede. ang tigas na and even sa neutral ayaw din. as in para syang nagstockup sa 2nd gear. unless pump ko ulit yun clutch, pwede ko na ulit galawin freely yun gear.

Just a guess... your tranny might need it's lubrication checked or even overhauled.

Does the tranny sound "noisy" (whine)?
