    Good evening.

Bin seeking your help for quite some time now and I'm very thankful for all the help with my car.
But then again, just had my matic xmission replaced by a surplus one. It was running well during the past few days and I suddenly experienced jerks when I cold-start it. Meaning every morning, when I start the car and shift to Drive, it jerks like it's hard up to move forward. what I do is I shift it from P-N-D-2-L and wait a few minutes and I won't experience it the rest of the day. Nahihirapan umabante na parang naka-parking brake. Pero ung Reverse ok naman.
    Please please help...again....
    Thank you.

    Hi sir,
Experienced this also with my Subic Terrano na A/T. Ayaw umusad when cold start. In the end it will get worse and most likely your tranny might need another replacement.
Had mine converted to Manual in Banawe po para iwas ma uli with surplus one

Not enough info for what kind of vehicle.

If this is an electronically shifted transmission so the first thing I would do is pull codes out of the computer. There may be transmission codes in there even if the check engine light is off. Some shop will do that for free so get the codes and that wil help eliminate a few things. If one of the codes are maximum shift adapts you almost definitely will need to rebuild the tranny. I would not change the filter at this time if the fluid looks okay because for a car with that many miles on it sometimes it does more harm than good. Hopefully it is just something in the valve body like a shift solenoid but it sounds a little bit more serious than that.

have you drained and replaced the ATF? more often ito ang neglected fluid next to the diffs and brakes.
